1 generous tablespoon chopped fresh oregano
1 tablespoon olive oil or bit more
1 teaspoon favorite chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon garlic, minced
4 chicken breasts, boned & skinned, 6 oz ea.
