This Privacy Policy describes what information is collected and why when you visit https://aweighout.com (the “Site”).
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential.
We collect Device Information to enhance your experience on the site and to track how people consume information on the site. Our goal is to improve user experience, using the following technologies:

We use the Information that we collect to fulfill any requests you’ve placed through the Site
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimize our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing).

We use Mailchimp.com to deliver material you have requested, i.e., Free Guide, Weekly Empowerment Tips, Confirmation for a Free Coaching Consult you scheduled, and any other information we send to you as a result of you joining A Weigh Out’s mailing list. You may UNSUBSCRIBE at any time by clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE link at the bottom of any email you’ve received from A Weigh Out via mailchimp.com or directly by sending an email to support@aweighout.com or ellen@aweighout.com.
Finally, if required by law, we may share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
DO NOT TRACK
Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.
YOUR RIGHTS
