Freedom from Emotional Eating, Food & Weight Obsession

New Year’s Resolution; NEVER DIET AGAIN!

Let’s revolt! Let’s call it a revolution!  This is the year we change the world. Tell everyone you know! Tweet, post on facebook. Make the message go viral. Discuss this with friends and family. We will NEVER DIET AGAIN!

We are done with fat-talk! No more weighing our self-esteem! This is the year we celebrate our gifts, our talents, our creativity, our friends and loved ones.

In 2011, we find our Weigh Out! Instead of focusing on adipose tissue, we honor our emotional, physical, nutritional, and spiritual health. This is the year we stop walking around saying, “I feel so fat”. We stop making assumptions about ourselves and anyone else based on body size or shape. We stop projecting meaning onto weight loss or weight gain, ours or others.

Starting today, we no longer comment on other people’s bodies, even when others are doing so. We find our voice and use it to raise consciousness about the fact that a person’s body is that person’s business, not ours.

If something is bothering us, we commit to looking within. We’ll muster emotional courage and skills and do what it takes to figure out “what’s up?”, rather than sidestepping our true feelings by shifting to, “If I could just lose weight, everything would be OK.”

Create a Happy, Healthy New Year, everyone! You have everything you need to do so!

Together we can change the world…one thought, one attitude, one meaningful connection at a time!

I have worked in the Wellness Field for 30 years. I created an Emotional Eating & Binge Eating Disorder Recovery Program way before most people knew BED was an eating disorder, NOT a “willpower” issue. Personally, I suffered for years before finding answers and the help I needed and deserved! I became a Coach in 1997 to help others who were still suffering as I had. I love being a Coach!
