This is so true, when at work it seems that the food that is brought to the meeting are donuts. You are told a few times “Dont forget to get a donut?” To politely refuse can be taken as an insult, but for me sugar is my craving food. To avoid sugar is better, especially something as sweet as donuts. There are some foods that don’t make a difference to me, but it seems that sugar sends me off on a binging tangent.
