When You Break a Pattern

There are times when each of us steps out of a pattern that we feel promotes health and wellness.  It could be our bedtimes become increasingly late.  We might be spending larger amounts of time with the television or computer.  Maybe we get out of the habit of organizing our home or office.  Perhaps we have stepped away from an exercise or movement regime.  For those of us taking medicine or supplements, we may stop.  Maybe our eating patterns have changed.
